HANNON INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENTS presents an international warehousing and export distribution initiative designed to connect Tunisian producers with global markets. The project aims to establish strategically located logistics hubs offering dry storage, refrigerated warehousing, inventory management, order fulfillment, packaging, quality control and international distribution. Target products include Tunisian olive oil, dates, processed foods, textiles, natural cosmetics and traditional handicrafts. The business model combines warehouse rental, logistics services, trade intermediation, distribution partnerships and value-added packaging services. The proposed initial investment will support the development of pilot hubs, with future expansion across Europe, North Africa, Sub-Saharan Africa and the Gulf region. The initiative welcomes strategic investors, logistics operators, commercial distributors and international joint-venture partners.
Potential investor protections may include equity participation in dedicated logistics project companies, security over eligible warehouse equipment, inventory, contractual receivables and other project assets. Additional safeguards may include independent financial reporting, inventory tracking, insurance coverage, phased capital deployment, operational performance monitoring and negotiated investor governance rights.
