The proposed investment exit strategy combines potential strategic equity sales, refinancing of operational industrial assets, dividend distributions from profitable subsidiaries, and the possible sale or listing of mature project companies. Senior debt investors would exit through contractual repayment schedules, while mezzanine investors may benefit from negotiated redemption or conversion mechanisms. Equity investors may pursue exits through strategic acquisitions, secondary sales or other liquidity transactions.
